1. Overview

POPSTRAPZ offers complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders, subject to courier availability in the destination country or region.
2.2
No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns or special offers.
3. Order Processing & Handling
3.1
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in Hong Kong or our fulfillment locations.
3.2
Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing shipment and tracking details.
3.3
In rare cases of high order volume, inventory checks, or operational delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify affected customers via email whenever reasonably possible.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
4.1
Standard shipping delivery generally takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.
4.2
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in both the country of origin and destination.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Express Shipping

Once a package has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier operations are beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total unless explicitly stated.

POPSTRAPZ is not responsible for and does not reimburse any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.
8. Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments
8.1
If a delivery fails due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customs refusal
- Recipient unavailable or refusal to accept delivery
the package may be returned to the sender or abandoned by the courier.
8.2
In such cases:
a. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
b. If no resolution is reached within 7 business days after customer notification, POPSTRAPZ reserves the right to cancel the order without refund of shipping fees
9. Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Orders
9.1
Customers are encouraged to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
9.2
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
9.3

Upon verification, we may, at our discretion, offer:
- A replacement
